Cyborg Swimmers: Smart Goggles

Prototype Smart Goggles The prototype smart goggles which have been making the rounds on the gadget blogs really tickle my future-love bone. Created by Welsh design student Katie Williams, the goggles use a compass at the back of the headstrap to count the number of laps swum, displaying this data along with time elapsed inside the lens. I, for one, welcome our new cyborg swim team overlords.
